Ann Marie, Owner
Ann Marie grew up watching her mother build Antonian Salon from the ground up, opening its doors in 1996 and shaping a space the community trusted for their beauty and confidence. That early front row seat became a calling, and Ann Marie has led the salon since launching her own career in 2009. She specializes in event makeup, master color techniques, and French haircutting, with a particular focus on short cuts and men's haircutting. Her training reflects a career built on continuous education, including a marketing and management degree from Ole Miss, international business study in Florence, Italy, Goldwell Master Colorist certification from the New York City academy, Jamison Shaw French haircutting training, and recognition as a 3X Master Certified Bellami Extensions Professional. She is also a nationally recognized makeup artist who attends advanced training several times a year. Professional, efficient, and highly trained, Ann Marie believes anything is possible in the chair. Her philosophy is simple: there is no limit to what beauty can achieve when paired with skill and creativity. The most rewarding part of her work is helping people see the beauty that was already there. Outside the salon, Ann Marie spends her time with her husband Kiowa, the salon's master colorist, along with their two children, two dogs, and frequent family trips to Key West. Kiowa
Kiowa has been perfecting the art of color since 1995, and for nearly fifteen years he has brought that expertise to Antonian Salon. A natural creative, he describes the industry as something that found him, and three decades later it is clear it found the right person. As a Goldwell Master Colorist, Kiowa specializes exclusively in color, with a passion for dimensional, free-hand techniques and looks that push past the expected. He is known for staying ahead of the industry, often bringing new techniques to the chair before they become trends. Kiowa works exclusively on color, so clients should plan to pair their visit with one of Antonian's talented stylists for cutting and styling. Wild, funny, and endlessly skilled, Kiowa thrives with clients who are open to a little creative risk. The reward, he says, is simple: watching someone see a new version of themselves and feel better for it. Jordan
Jordan's path into hair started young, inspired by a cousin's work as a cosmetologist and a habit of styling friends' hair for every special occasion that came along. More than a decade later, that early passion has become a career built on color and craftsmanship. Jordan specializes in special occasion styling, keratin treatments, extensions, balayage, and both lived in and vivid color, with a particular focus on women's hair. A Goldwell Master Color certification earned at the Goldwell Academy in NYC in 2024, along with double Bellami extension certifications, reflects a continued investment in staying at the top of the craft. Passionate, caring, and approachable, Jordan treats every appointment as a collaboration between client and stylist. The goal is always the same: bring a client's vision to life while keeping the health of their hair front and center. When not at the salon, Jordan can be found reading, gardening, or spending time outdoors with family.
Emily
Emily has always been drawn to hair and makeup, with a deep desire to help people feel their best. Five years into her time at Antonian Salon, that passion shows in every appointment she takes. She is 2x Bellami extension certified, specializes in makeup, lived-in color, and highlights, with a particular love for color that grows out effortlessly between visits. She works especially well with brunettes and blondes, and has continued her makeup education through classes with Asia Nicole, Adrianna Mejia, Makeup by McKenna, and Maddie G. Funny, patient, and creative, Emily is at her best when a client walks in having a rough day and walks out feeling completely transformed. Bella
Bella grew up watching her mother work behind the chair, and it didn't take long before she found her own place in the craft. Three years into her career at Antonian Salon, she has built a clientele who come for the skill and stay for the connection. She specializes in highlights, teasy lights, men's haircuts, and makeup, with a particular focus on natural hair. Licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi and certified in Bellami Extensions, Bella is the kind of stylist who genuinely wants to know her clients. Kortney
Kortney has spent the last two years at Antonian Salon building a reputation for transformations that genuinely change how a client feels walking out the door. For her, hair is never just hair. It is confidence, and she takes that seriously. She specializes in blonding, dimensional brunettes, long layered cuts, and blowouts, with a current passion for lived-in blondes that grow out beautifully. Most of her clientele has longer, fine to medium hair, though she is equally comfortable working with coarse, textured hair. She is also Bellami Extensions certified. A self-described perfectionist, Kortney brings energy and respect to every appointment, and she meets each client where they are. Want to chat the whole time? She is in. Asia
Asia's love for hair started young, styling and restyling her own hair throughout her preteen years just to see what was possible. Eight years into her career, that early curiosity has grown into real expertise, and she has spent the last eight months bringing it to Antonian Salon. She specializes in blowouts and makeup, with a particular knack for full, voluminous blowouts that hold all day. Her training spans general styling, makeup application, and spray tans, giving her the range to handle whatever a client has in mind. Honest, caring, and always upbeat, Asia believes feeling beautiful sets the tone for the whole day. Alyssa
Alyssa was drawn to the beauty industry by the magic of transformation, and the way a single appointment can change how someone feels in their own skin. She specializes in airbrush spray tanning, delivering a natural, sun-kissed glow with a finish that never looks anything less than effortless. Certified through both in-person and online spray tan training, Alyssa treats every session as a collaboration. She loves talking through exactly the look a client has in mind, then customizing the tan to match. The result is consistent: clients walk out of the booth a little more confident than they walked in. Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to, Alyssa wants every first-time client to feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. She is happy to talk through all of your questions and preferences to make sure you leave with the perfect glow.
Abby
Abby has been drawn to hair since high school, when styling and coloring her friends became less of a hobby and more of a calling. Two years into her career at Antonian Salon, she has grown into a stylist known for making clients feel genuinely comfortable and consistently beautiful. She specializes in blowouts, color, and hairstyling, with a passion for highlighting and blowout sets. She works especially well with long, layered, and medium to thick hair. Abby is certified in lash lift, tint, and extensions, giving clients the option to leave completely transformed. Sweet, gentle, and easy to talk to, Abby takes the time to listen, ask the right questions, and make sure every client feels heard before a single service begins. Angela
Angela has been perfecting her craft since 1994, inspired by her mother to build a career rooted in care and quality. She has been a fixture at Antonian Salon since 1996, and the loyalty of her clientele reflects exactly that kind of staying power. She specializes in acrylic nails, gel polish, manicures, and pedicures, and holds a Tammy Taylor certification. What sets Angela apart is her commitment to the health of the nail, not just the look of it. Sanitation and quality workmanship are a must for her, and clients feel that from the moment they sit down. Accommodating, efficient, and kind, Angela has a gift for making people feel at ease. Her favorite moment? Seeing her client catch a glimpse of their hands after a nail service. That reaction never gets old. When she is not at the salon, Angela teaches art and religion at Resurrection High School, a role she has held since 1999 after 25 years teaching in St. Martin.
David
David's path into nails started at home, doing his mother's nails as an extension of the art projects they always shared. Watching how much joy it brought her sparked something in him, and five years later that early spark has grown into a full career. He specializes in Gel-X, builder gel, and soft gel, with a current focus on natural nail health and growth. Barbicide certified, David pairs technical skill with genuine care for the long-term condition of his clients' nails, not just the finished look. Caring, passionate, and outgoing, David values communication above all. He takes the time to figure out which products will hold up to a client's daily life, because for him the goal has always been the best result, not just the fastest one.
